I’m in, what’s next? What does it take to get the virtual tour process started?
If possible, we suggest launching your virtual tour at the same time as the listing becomes active. Because of this we have an ultra-quick turnaround. Many times your virtual tour is live within 48 hours of you scheduling your appointment.
We suggest you schedule us to come out the same day you list the property so we can take care of the photography, room & square footage measurements.
Simply select the type of tour you would like to book, confirm your time zone and then select the day you want us to shoot your virtual tour. At that point you will be shown only our available time slots for that day for you to choose from! Once you’ve picked your slot, you will be able to enter your contact information, the address of the listing and choose any add ons you would like as well. You will receive confirmation via email and it is that easy! Once we receive your booking, we will contact you for property access specifics and you are well on your way to selling another wonderful home!
